Hello,

I can't upload my book. I go through all the steps and bookmaker 2.0 crashes everytime the it goes through image 40 out of 117. I have tried Safari, Firefox, Opera. I can't use Internet Explorer due to I can't load flash player for Internet Explorer 5.0. I need some help please!!!

I have been fighting the same problem all weekend. I have internet explorer and have uploaded numerous books previously - they suggested this time I use a different browser. I don't think the browser is the problem. Via e-mail they also suggested I upgrade. I had version 2.0 but apparently not the latest upgrade. The upgrade caused me to lose 30 pages of a 100 page book. When I downgraded as they told me too - it lost all my captions. Then I spend most of the day Sunday putting captions back in as they told me to - about the time I got done, the program crashed! What a nightmare. I am waiting on technical support to contact me. I have learned now - always export your book and save it somewhere else before you try to upload to Bookmaker - lesson learned too late.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please be sure you have downloaded the latest version of our software from our website. This will help to ensure that larger size files don't time out during the upload process.
Also we recommend using IE 6.0 or 7.0. If you continue to have issues, please email customerservice@mypublisher.com and we will be able to address your specific problem.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has stopped developing IE for the Mac. We generally use Safari or Firefox as our browsers.

Incidentally, I downloaded the latest version of the software as advised when I opened the Mac software, but upon start-up the programme asks for an error report, and when that is attended to, crashes. This is an unending saga, even after restarting the computer and re-installing the software.
