I just got confirmation today that a book I submitted at about 7pm est yesterday was received, printed, cut, bound and shipped all today! I am very happy but nervous.
Having read posts about quality lately, I am hoping the product I receive is of the same caliber of non holiday rush time.....as a first time customer, this would be a bad time to sacrifice quality for quantity!
Has anyone had the same emails from MP all in one day, and received a fantastic product?
But good on you, MP, if you are working like crazy while still maintaining quality assurance!
