Problem positioning photos within frame

Help! I thought my book was complete and went back to proof, only to find that all photos that I repositioned within the photo frame moved back to where the program automatically placed them when dragging in. Does that make sense? In other words, when placing a photo in a frame, some of the details of the photo towards the edge are cut off. I had shifted some of them to make the photo subject more front and center within the frame - but despite trying multiple times, it just keeps kicking them back!!

The software lets me move them easily - but why doesn't it save the shifting of the photo within the frame?!

It should be. I've seen this post before... or a similar bug mentioned. I have been told a good fix is to use the arrow keys to move it around. Then it stays.

I actually was using the arrow keys to move the photos. Any other suggestion as to how to work-out the bug?
