problem purchasing using Mac Plugin

I am using the Mac Plugin to IPhoto, and I love it - but now I'm ready to purchase. I click "buy book" and I get to a screen that says "assembling book"... after a few minutes of that, I get a message from mypublisher saying "trouble connecting... trying again" and then an error pops up from my Mac saying "MyPublisher Plugin a communication error occured. Please try again later. (error = 35)" What is that and how many times do I need to try again? I have already done this 4 times!!! I'd like to purchase my books ASAP for the holidays.

By the way, I also sent an email over 24 hours ago and got NO RESPONSE. Very upsetting, since you have no phone number listed.

Hello - the Error 35 means that the response has timed out. Are you on a high speed connection? I recommend trying back early in the morning when it is less busy. You should be able to get through!

I am using a high-speed (cable) internet and never (usually) have problems with timing out...
I'll try again tomorrow morning, I guess...

It hasn't been working... I've tried different times during the day, and always get error=35
I never have problems with this connection - it's Optimum Online High Speed Cable, and i watch videos and even television shows without glitches. What's going on?

Unfortunately I don't. I even asked our tech people and they too are stumpted!
