PLEASE HELP!! Internal Error

I have tried and tried and tried to upload a book (over a week of trying with no luck). I have restarted the computer many times hoping the problem would fix itself. It begins optimizing my photos for upload, 0 of 131, then it gets to 20 of 131 and an error message box pops up and reads "Book Maker has encountered an internal error." I'm using firefox on an imac with the leopard operating system. Please help!!! I am so frustrated and I really don't want to have to go to another company and redesign another book :(

Is there an internal error at exactly the same point each time? Perhaps there is a problem with that specific image...so if it's 20 of 131 then its between teh 20th and 30th image...You can try to change around the order to see if that helps.

O.k. I tried moving the pictures around and I'm getting the same error at the same point. Any other ideas???

What version of BookMaker MAC are you running?

The most current. I've already tried deleting and uploading the BookMaker software again... :(

Hi Deb - what type of Internet connection are you using? If it's a modem, I recommend trying to reboot it and restart it.
