I got my wedding album today. I have been so impressed with my publisher through the entire process. The software is easy to use, and customer service replied to my e-mails in a timely fashion. I ordered last Thursday, and the 3 copies I ordered arrived today (Tuesday), 5 days from ordering to my doorstep, and I am in Canada.
The books are stunning! I used high-resolution images from my photographer and all but one photo are perfectly crisp and sharp (there is one slightly grainy photo, but it is a small photo and probably will not be noticed by anyone but me). The paper quality is great, and the book jacket gives it a sharp, modern look.
I was so happy I sat there and cried while I looked at it for the first time!
Thank you my publisher, I will be back!
