Captions cut short even though not underlined in red

I just received 2 very nice photo bestsellers but was disappointed that the captions were cut short even though they were not underlined...I had picked the smallest possible font and checked 3-4 times. Otherwise the photos and quality is great but there is one incomplete caption....so Grandma's Christmas present is not going to be flawless

I'm sorry about that! Are you using a MAC or PC? Please contact customer service and they will gladly give you a coupon to fix the problematic captions and reupload.
