I am creating the jacket layout but I had a few questions. First, I have been using my own layout for the entire book and wanted to carry that over to the jacket. For the cover of the jacket, there are text blocks, will this show up in the printed copy if I leave them blank? I would like for them not to be there. Also, is there any alternative image layouts for the jacket, other than the small ones given. Ultimatly, what I would like is to have the entire jacket space be able to be an image, just as the inside pages are. Thank you.
