he's back the newbie with Q's

hello its me again..........disregard my last msg, as I goes and read the help stuff its becoming more clear.....
but i do have another 2 questions which I havent found an ans to..

when I open a new book and have all the pages open or being viewed I chose my 1st page, and then page layout...which gives me a full array of templates I can use ......So I chose a template then conti on to page 2...but in this case when I go to page layout and lets say select 2 or 3 pictures it doesnt give me the full array of templates I use in page 1.........so how woould I get all the templates like in page 1 in all following pages.......I hope makes some sense to you.....

I used a digital camera which is 9 and 10 mp......what would be the best way to resize ...I am assuming 200 dpi and 1280x960 for most my work..these are all high quality photo's

Each time you choose the amount of pictures you are putting on one page it gives you different layouts. As far as I know you cannot change the layout to what ever you want, you have to choose from what you are being offered.
But if you are looking for more variety, do some of your work in PhotoShop, save as a jpeg file and bring it over to MyPublisher.
I am also using 10 mp digital camera. I haven't made any changes to the dpi's.
I am still awaiting some feed back for this as well.
