Next/purchase does not work

Hello,
I am am having similar probles, nothing happens when i hit next. Help works and opens browser.
I have tried all the sugesstions, firewall is disabled, still does not work. I looked up firewall log and it says request timed out or returned. Anyway it is not working and I really need to upload the books otherwise i will miss my deadline. I am using a fast interent, it is an ethernet connection via a satelite. (nothing elase in ths area except dial up)

Same for us...very frustrating as it worked fine last year. We have tried all of your suggestions with no joy!

Have you tried switching between Safari & Firefox?
