Nothing happens when I hit "next" (can't connect to the Internet)

Here's my setup:

I'm on a Mac.
I'm on a wireless connection.
I have Firefox set as my default browser.
When I click "Help" on the "Can't connect to the Internet page," it automatically launches Firefox.
When I click on the "Next" button, Firefox is not launched, nor is anything.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Try Safari instead. It can also be a firewall issue, try temporarily disabling it.
