I just bought my first Mac (an iMac with Leopard) and am going to download MyPublisher for Mac through the Costco site because I'm a member. Being new to the whole Mac thing, I have a couple questions:

1. On my PC that I am replacing I have a few albums that I am in the middle of as well as some that I've already printed. Is there a way that I can transfer these albums to my new computer so that I can access all of them in the future?

2. I haven't used iPhoto, but I read about the MyPublisher plugin. Is it easier to use iPhoto and is there a difference in quality with the printed books from iPhoto vs MyPulisher? How does it compare as far as layout and editing options?

Thanks!

1) It depends on what book style you use. You should EXPORT the books and save them but we don't guarantee they are cross platform. Usually they are if you used Bestseller, Just Photos, Modern or Storyteller. Macs don't have the Advanced Jacket though so if you used that it can be a potential issue for importing.

2) I recommend using BookMaker MAC. We are not compatible with iphoto08 and are working on continued development for BookMaker MAC, not the plug-in at this time.
