Hello,
When I previewed my bookcover before purchasing, it was perfect.
I placed the order and was happy. Then I "shared" the book with a family member and noticed that the "share" version was a little off. It didn't line up correctly in the screen, but I assumed that it was fine since the version I uploaded to purchase was perfect in the preview area.
Well I received the book, which was a gift for my mother in law and the cover is printed incorrectly. I selected the cover in white with the word LOVE at the top, but only part of the L and part of the heart shows.
This was very embarrassing since it was a gift for my mother in law and it didn't print correct. I'm not sure why it was even sent to me in this condition, anyone who looked at it would see that it is not correct. How do I request my money back, or a new cover to be printed correctly?
