Regarding book jacket

I sent an email to customer service regarding this question, but still haven't heard from them. One thing I have to comment on the book maker software. I like the book maker software very much, but it is just so hard to find out how to delete the book jacket option and just use the linen hard cover, which I will much prefer(I sent a inquiry about that earlier to tech support, and got the reply one day later, by then I already ordered the book). Eventually I found out how to delete the book jacket, but when I proceeded to pay, it still charged me for the book jacket and no option for the picture window, such as color and material for me to choose in the shopping cart.

I really would prefer just have the linen hard cover. Wondering if I can have that instead of the book jacket, and choose my favorite cover color and material? Regarding the black paper Cover by default if chose the book jacket option, I am wondering if it is totally black or it has the same design as the book jacket?

Under the book jacket nothing is printed. It's just a black book. We can't change the cover type once it has been uploaded because it is actually uploaded differently based on what you have selected. Customer service is a bit behind, but they will respond to your inquiry. I only see one order from you in the system and it's the one with a book jacket. I don't see anything for you with a picture window.
