I really love the look of the "Transparent" picture pages, where an image fills the page and has a light look, with other pictures placed on top of it. I know that this is usually done in Photoshop -- however, is there another program it can be done in? Powerpoint?

Thanks!

How to create in a program other than Photoshop -- is it possible in powerpoint?

It can be done in power point. In the program you insert your back ground image.
Then when you double click on it and select washout from (Image Control / Color). Select the % of washout. (default is 85-15).

Next add the other images you want on top and any text and then save it as a .jpg.

Hope it helps
