Maybe I'm not supposed to open the download but I don't know how else to use it.

I have downloaded Bookmaker and when I attempt to open the file on my desktop it says "Warning, corrupt image".

I've since deleted this file and attempted to redownload and it won't let me. (as in I trashed it then empty the trash) but it is still the corrupt version on my computer.

Hi Lady Timot -
I have not see or heard of that message before. It sounds like something didn't install correctly. How did you install the application? Did it go into your applications folder?

Sincerely,
MyPublisher

I downloaded it to my desktop thorugh the prompt screens from the bookmaker download page. It downloaded as an icon like normal. When I try to open it, a dialog box appears that says warning then lists bookmaker as the program and then says problem Corrupt image failed to install. The following disk images failed to mount.

What's weird is normally when it downlaods a program that isn't correct, it usually shows a broken icon. I'm not sure how to erase this "bad" download form my computer.

I figured it out. I'm running a lower processor at 10.3 and you need 10.4 to download. It'll cost me well over $400 to upgrade the my laptop, so I'll just figure out something else.

Thanks
