Getting ready to print, but....

I am in the preview stage, but noticed that some of my cropped photos are showing up w/ the blue lines on it - and the old (entire) picture is still being shown. How do I know what it will "really" look like? Also, how will the page look if I decide not to enter text in all the boxes?
I appreciate your help and look forward to purchasing my book once I hear back from someone...

somewhat related issue....when i go to buy book, i receive a warning notice saying that some photos don't meet min res requirement, but doesn't tell me which ones. i go back and look and look at each picture trying to find which one they are referring to with the "red line" border and it is so hard to find. would be great if the red line was bolder or the warning would be more specific.
