I am trying to import the MP album i just saved onto my desktop to add more pics and make another album but i keep getting this error message:

Failed to parse the book DIME package

what am i doing wrong? do i have to make the album all over again? :(

Hello - yes that is not a good message. That being said, how did you export the albumn onto your desktop? Is it from the same version of BookMaker? Did you go from a MAC to a PC?

yes its the same version of bookmaker and its the same computer.

oh wait. i deleted a copy that i had on my bookmaker already and was able to import but the pictures are all pixelated? what happened?

Oh it was probably conflicting. Don't worry about the pixelation. They probably just have not fully loaded. That can take a while. Either way, they will not print like that. I promise!

aaaww ok. I didn't realize it took a while to load. I'll just wait patiently and hopefully it will be ok before i start editting and adding more pics. thanks MP!

does it really take all day to import and load? its still very pixelated even on the preview and that makes me nervous to publish.

It should not. You can try closing and reopening. It's to do with the loading, not the images themselves....
